Pros

Working from home is wonderful. I live 75 miles from the office and love the opportunity to work from home. Being a Team player is vital to our success and when you are working for a company that is growing as fast as we are it's very nice knowing all senior executives have an open door policy.

Cons

Not all departments treat their employees the same. Know who you are reporting to.

Pros

Decent time off/flexible schedule and remote work

Cons

This place used to be such an amazing place to work. But after several management changes as well as rounds of mass hiring, they have now realized they are not making the revenue to pay people as much as they did previously. In the past monthly goals being meant meant bonuses on checks sometimes $150 each month or more depending on your position and random spot bonuses. Now they have changed it to quarterly bonuses which don’t near the amount previously given to employees not that it matters as quarterly company goals are much harder to meet versus a team goal, which is what bonuses were previously based on. Given that they have not mentioned anything about bonuses this year I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re trying to quietly phase it out all together. Bonuses were the only thing that made up for the lackluster raises that gave people which is rarely even a dollar unless you were promoted and even then it is a dollar and some change, unless they promote you early in the year and then they prorate your raise of $.60 till like $.30 it’s ridiculous. Upward mobility in the job used to be attainable, but now not so much. They have also began outsourcing their jobs overseas, while working their us teams with skeleton crews. If the job market weren’t so bad I would be looking somewhere else. Also one of the least diverse work places I’ve been in, everyone in management is white.
