Pros

One of the best things about Endsight is the high character of the people here. There are amazing teams here working together to get stuff done with minimal politics. My team has my back when things get crazy, and that is rare in my experience. We publicly recognize each other for living out our values and it feels great to give credit where credit is due.

Cons

One of the things I deal with a little is imposter syndrome at work, there are many smart engineers at Endsight and I stress out about not being good enough or dropping the ball for my team. I just do my best, learn from my mistakes and try to improve. I will say this place has made me much better, but it's stressful sometimes for sure.

Pros

The people here are passionate, hard working, and take pride in the work that they produce. Colleagues are always willing to help one another and there's a real sense of trying to foster growth within the company. Management encourages good work-life balance.

Cons

Company is currently undergoing a lot of change and many things seem to be in flux and not everything is being communicated well. Endsight is getting bigger but still wants to maintain that smaller company feel of having comradery among it employees but not many company sponsored events are happening to promote that. Pay is on the low end but somewhat compensated by the aforementioned work-life balance.

Pros

I left Endsight and came back. The main reason: Endsight has a culture that makes me feel valued and supported. I feel like I can take risks at Endsight. I feel like I can speak my mind at Endsight. I work with people that I consider friends at Endsight. I feel like my hard work is rewarded at Endsight.

Cons

Lots of local travel (windshield time) Longer hours - I work longer than a 40 hour week every week High accountability - always constructive, but not always that comfortable Learning is highly valued, but not facilitated as well as it could be. It's on me to seek out what I need. That's not always so easy.
