      Pros

      Good salary, good benefits. Location in Reading is nice.

      Cons

      Bad office environment, no direction in development, product issues in field that are kept secret from C-suite as long as possible. Lots of politics, no trust in workforce, labs are unsafe.

      Great benefits and your fellow technicians are pretty cool.

      Cons

      Friends and family program. The only people I saw advance had relatives in the company that pushed their advancement.

      Pay and insurance are good.

      Cons

      Office I was in was full of cliques. Management would watch on camera to see if you were working or not and then question if you were away from your desk too long. Hard work is not rewarded at all. If you want to succeed make friends with management and you can do whatever you want with no repercussions. Zero work/family balance and flexibility. Be prepared to be in points system that is not forgiving of any type of issues.
