      Pros

      There are very talented people who work there who are passionate about their job and the company. Good benefits and generous 401K.

      Cons

      Management, executive down, don't take into consideration how they treat their employees. No direction, clear message or leadership all around. They're are talented people there that are forced into positions that are clearly not a fit for them and their talents are wasted which leads to low morale and negative attitudes.

      Comfortable Corporate Office One of the few professional employers in an otherwise depressed area You could “survive” here forever if you’re not really looking for anything stimulating or any type of growth.

      Upper Management that only cares about lining their own pockets Absolutely no employee development programs HR Department is totally ineffective; going to them generally makes your problem worse
