      Pros

      Some great people to work with. Management never around

      Cons

      Manager goes out drinking and comes back drunk to work. On the bright side, in the summer he is busy playing golf and never comes in. Rampant nepotism, no regard for employee safety, no raises for employees while managers get massive bonuses. No communication within teams or from US corporate.

      Pros

      Fairly autonomous work, great if you are capable of working completely independent. Plenty of overtime available.

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance, hazardous working conditions, performance focused with little regard for the employees, unwilling to remedy underlying issues, culture is obscene, very little in terms of supportive management - many of wish do the bare minimum. Zero opportunity for growth. Very reactive.
