Pay is pretty good for the area

Cons

Work your socks off for no reward. Company wide holiday bans with no notice Shouted and threatened at by senior management. Crazy deadlines from management who have no idea how long work actually takes Staff leave and are not replaced leaving you to pick up the slack. Your ideas for improvement aren’t listened to. No investment for staff facilities but plenty for operational output increases. Speak up and your days are numbered.

The people you work with are great people who work hard to achieve results.

Cons

There is a lot of change and it doesn't get communicated properly. Finding out your manager has changed via a company wide email is not good change management
