Pros

Excellent payrate and benefits package

Cons

Although management is great with social and commercial skills, there are no guidance or clear procedures for those working in the administrative support area. Technicians definitely runs the company and they definitely are underestimate. Co-workers don't help or share information, new staff is never properly trained, you need to figure things out by yourself. You're bombarbed with orders and workload that you have no idea what is about.

Pros

Great pay for the job you're doing.

Cons

Kind of thankless work. Work harder than other people, and bosses expect you to work harder than other people. Same as most places, I'm sure. There's really no benefit to working harder than everyone else. That's what made me leave.

Pros

no pros, only a few good people to work with at enersys

Cons

supervosors are non existent, the techs in the field run the show .people get hired on as employees because they know an employee and probably did some work at that persons house.while contractors that have more expierience and time on the job get passed over or layed off.
