      Pros

      It is better than being unemployed - maybe? Other than that there are a few people in the company who are good people, but none at management or higher level.

      Cons

      Long hours, hard work and low pay. Management treats lower employees like garbage and lies to them. HR is only working for management, doesn't care about the average employee. If you complain they use it against you and you get written up.

      Pros

      Great dynamic with certain members at certain locations. Lean and QA systems and initiatives are currently effective.

      Cons

      Product is shifting from being made in the U.S.A. to China and Thailand. Quality of the end product is suffering. Plant closure is imminent.
