Upper management only cares about getting product out the door. Currently working 7 days a week mandatory. Some managers will throw employees under the bus to save themselves. There isn't any real problem solving going on, everyone is just pointing fingers trying to obsolve themselves of blame. Knee jerk reactions are usually how problems are solved.

Poor management in supply chain/Demand Planning. Very high turnover, most quit after a few weeks or they’re fired at 90 day probationary meeting. Don’t leave stable employment for here!
