      Pros

      It is better than being unemployed - maybe? Other than that there are a few people in the company who are good people, but none at management or higher level.

      Cons

      Long hours, hard work and low pay. Management treats lower employees like garbage and lies to them. HR is only working for management, doesn't care about the average employee. If you complain they use it against you and you get written up.

      Pros

      Benefits are great. Friendly co-workers. Extremely sucessful company. Work/life balance is good. They are very community driven. There is an activities commitee which organizes events outside the work place (holiday party, United Way kickoff, etc.)

      Cons

      Pay is below average. Disconnect between departments. Vacation time could be better. I wish they were more open to telecommuting. The business is growing, but many of the departments are staying the same size.

      -Some Great Co-workers -clean -flexible work schedule -good compensation

      Cons

      -immature actions for management (sneaky, talking behind your back instead of addressing issue maturely) -management has a "do as I say and not as I do" attutude -hostile work environment of superiors -inefficient training to do the job effectively -expectations almost unattaneable
