      Pros

      Company truly does care about employee improvement and grow as well as helping achieve career path goals. Revamped employee retention efforts 2 years ago with good efforts.

      Cons

      Company runs very lean for the volume of business, which challenges management and employees to focus on efficiency, process, and productivity. Often times this can present unnecessary levels of stress, however, the team approach always seems to pull together and get things done.

      Poor management, more concerned about money in their pocket then employees.

      Benefits, hours, position I had was great.

      Cons

      Management DID not know how to manage at a Corporate level. Did not go by Corporate policies and procedures. Never had any additional help while another associate was out of the office. Doing 3 people's jobs is unacceptable.
