I would have to say the pros are working with machinery, Learning different stations jobs. Taking instruction from maintenance to fix machines myself.

Cons

The policies and management infrastructure changed over the years and seemed more strict and not employee friendly.

Pros

Benefits are great. Friendly co-workers. Extremely sucessful company. Work/life balance is good. They are very community driven. There is an activities commitee which organizes events outside the work place (holiday party, United Way kickoff, etc.)

Cons

Pay is below average. Disconnect between departments. Vacation time could be better. I wish they were more open to telecommuting. The business is growing, but many of the departments are staying the same size.
