Remote opportunity, pay and benefits are competitive, MANY MANY MANY training modules to complete

No work / life balance. Great motivation from Shannon and Judson - but they fail to see how their Directors degrade and humiliate staff. When the team/department motto is "If other departments like you....you're doing it wrong" then it is not a sign that they fall in line with the company motto. HR doesn't listen to complaints and signs of stress. They eliminate you without reason.

HORRIBLE communications and they don’t do simple things like fixing payroll issues. Their GREAT benefits really are bad in comparison to others

Management is horrible managers and supervisors put themselves on busy and leave for the day. When you do try to call them they have kids crying in background. Expect you to get productivity while they do nothing . Emails sent to ceo and also hr. No response. So many people unhappy with management.
