Pros
Ensemble has the best company culture I have ever worked in, hands down. The company is rapidly growing meaning there is an excess of opportunity to grow your career, and everyone is encouraged to work towards their personal goals. Hours can be flexible or compressed, I choose to work four 10 hours days. Management is collaborative, honest, and even directors have open door policies and are on the floor talking to associates.
Cons
The pay especially starting is pretty low, but there are yearly raises and I believe it's reasonable given industry standards.
