Pros
When I first discovered EnsembleHP, I was told it was a dynamic and progressive company. The company from which I came was lead by a very traditional thinker which resulted in stagnant results and frequently frustrated good team members. Therefore, coming to EnsembleHP (as a few of my prior coworkers had done) seemed like the way to go.
Since joining the EnsembleHP team, I have found everyone to be very supportive. I have worked with many impressive people who have been both a pleasure with which to work but also humble in their genius.
While I work remotely, I have overheard various individuals giving praise, constructive criticism couched in genuine concern and encouragement during the times I have spent in the office. Personally, I have benefited from similar behavior by my peers and superiors. I see this overall spirit reflected in the president's weekly emails which gives a consistent view of the EnsembleHP "way". I have even shared some of the content of these emails with potential employees whom I have referred for possible employment - all while bragging on the difference that is EnsembleHP.
I have worked for a number of national companies over the years and EnsembleHP truly is different (in a good way) 😊. It is no wonder that the company has experienced unprecedented growth. After all if you truly care about your team and demonstrate it, then there is no extent to which they will go for the company.
Cons
Benefits are geared towards the Ohio employees at the corporate home location but still competitive.
