When I originally thought of a dream job, I imagined working in an environment that made me feel comfortable. Ensemble doesn't like comfortable, as it is "everything BUT the status quo." By pushing me outside of my comfort zone, Ensemble challenges me to be the best version of myself every single day! The educational opportunities offered at Ensemble are rarely seen in other competing companies. "Here We Grow"--this sentiment has inspired me to take a 'student' approach to Revenue Cycle, by dedicating my free time into expanding my knowledge base. I feel that all associates are loyal and willing to do whatever it takes for another team member. There aren't any cons that I have personally witnessed at this company. A good thing to note is that all senior leaders will challenge you because they actually care about your future.

The management team is committed to have associates pass the CRCR which you must pass within the first 90 days of your contract. Good place to use as a stepping stone for future advancement outside of the company. PTO accrual starts day one you are perm.

Cons

There is a lack of communication between the 2 offices and a huge disconnect between the employees in each of those buildings. Career path expectations were unclear. Company 401K was not matching but there were plans to match in 2018.

Each and every day our associates have the chance to meet with their team and their leader to talk about what’s working, ways to improve and things that are going on around the company. Every week, our senior leadership team sends out communication to all of our associates, no matter their location.
