Great teams, strong management, clean facilities and plenty of employee benefits.

Cons

low pay. the compensation for front line employees is low and with the new merger, they are paying upwards of 10 million dollars just to compensate retiring big wigs. They also seem to play the favorites game for staff promotions,

Ent cares for their employees and it is shown through the amount of quality training we received. This is technically an entry level position, and there were many opportunities for advancement, if you were willing to put in some effort.

Cons

Pay isn't the highest, especially for a position that requires sales, but you can still earn incentives and again, just a starting point.
