Pros

Good starting job before moving on to bigger things

Cons

I feel obligated to warn any new developer considering working here. The management was absolutely terrible. Leadership feels disconnected, and even the CEO doesn't seem to set a clear direction for the team. You deal with favoritism and politics more than actual teamwork. There's little to no training, you're left to learn everything the hard way. With high turnover, you end up taking on more work without any extra support or pay. Growth opportunities are basically nonexistent, and it's obvious the company isn't focused on developing employees. I advise everyone with a conscience to stay away.

Pros

The company does pay on time.

Cons

This company prioritizes cost-cutting above all else, routinely favoring lower-wage workers and outsourcing opportunities over investing in experienced domestic talent. The emphasis consistently falls on minimizing expenses rather than maintaining high standards of workmanship. Those considering employment should be aware that extra effort goes unrecognized. The compensation structure offers no flexibility for overtime credit, no performance-based incentives, and no employer contribution to retirement accounts. Long-term commitment to the organization yields no additional benefits or advancement opportunities.

Thank you for the honest and detailed feedback. We are glad payroll has been reliable, and we hear your deeper concerns about compensation, recognition, and investment in experienced talent. How we reward effort and retain skilled people is important, and input like this helps us look hard at where we can do better. We do not take long-term commitment for granted, and we want people to feel valued beyond a paycheck.
