Minimal - no differentiator for any other 3rd party provider.

Cons

- of my 15 years in delivery, the senior level management responsible for running client relations and their team/s are the worst I've experienced. Incapable of articulating anything, coupled with zero communication overall. - management is weak, They simply aren't strong enough to pull people to their desired potential. Extraordinary turnover is no coincidence - no proper HR team, no ongoing 360 reviews, and the one surrogate is as others stated a thug - marginal healthcare package - no billed hours bonus
