Pros

You can make a ton of money in your first year. Commission and high base is a huge plus working there.

Cons

The leadership team is unwilling to take advice or listen to anyone else's opinions. Once you disagree with leadership you can count on it that your employment will be terminated quickly after. They basically asked me to look for my replacement. Awful ethics.
