The people here are great, from Relationship Mangers to my boss, to the CEO, they truly care about their employees. The job is very rewarding and you will get recognized for doing a good job.

Cons

The could have better Policies and Procedures for our job, but they are diligently working on them.

Depending on what location you’re located in can be very slow which makes days long my particular manager wasn’t the greatest which was ultimately the reason why I left
