Pros

The work is interesting. The group has been regarded as one of the best SBA groups in the US. I enjoyed working with my colleagues.

Cons

Due to recent changes, there’s a dysfunctional culture in some groups that discourages questions and communication. My manager was very inexperienced and lacks management skills. No support and insufficient training. Favoritism. Micromanagement. Low pay relative to industry standard. No career path. HR unhelpful and some individuals lack integrity.
