Pros

Nothing good at all about this comany

Cons

Nepotism - Favoritism - They fill positions just by taking anyone off the street - No experience needed - inadequate training - management is there just to collect a paycheck - most of them are unqualified for their positions - Intimidation tactics is what is used to motivate - WORST PLACE TO WORK EVER!!!!!!!

Pros

Great peers to work with.

Cons

Horrible management. Technology leadership is moving all technology jobs offshore. Mass layoffs every couple months. Management wants to hike share price in order to sell the company. Technology leadership work only on fear, provide no guidance and set you up to fail. Do not work here, would not recommend to any person.

Pros

Good benefits. Can work 4/10, 5/8, or 9/80 work schedule in payroll. Get bonus at the end of the year.

Cons

Managers never to be found always in meetings, over load desk with work and don't pay for the amount of work you do. They promote best friends instead of the hard workers. They hire a lot of family, HR takes forever to get back you about job openings. They get rid of the good managers that do help the people at the bottom. It is more of a family company than a business company. If you don't kiss butt don't expect to grow with this company. No parking unless you show up super early. Payroll department starts you off at the low pay compare to other payroll companies. Clients treat you like crap managers don't have your back.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you found the alternative work schedule and our bonus program favorable. Several groups within our Payroll Services department do offer several work schedule options and flexibility. EP does have a great bonus plan. In fact, all employees who have been at EP for the full year are eligible for a bonus based on a percentage of their pay and budget. These are substantial amounts that most companies cannot match. EP revised and communicated our promotion policy last summer after input from employees which includes several levels of review before a decision has been made. We do get a lot of internal referrals as we also have an Employee Referral Program in place. We recognize parking is an issue and we have plans to make changes this year. We believe our pay is competitive especially when the bonuses, perks and healthcare are taken into account. Finally, Talent (HR) works with the hiring managers to ensure a fair internal interview process. Many times, Talent is able to respond quickly and other times we are waiting on clarification or feedback from the hiring department.
