No room for advancement If you don't kiss butt you won't make it. If they don't like you for whatever reason they will find a way to get you out. No time for your family because you're always at work. Good luck trying to move to another department. If they need you in that deparrment upper management will make it hard for you. The lazy butt kissers are the ones that are rewarded and the busy workers are constantly getting more work thrown at them than they can handle.

outsourced much of technical talent to offshore and not done yet as of this writing. longevity, hard work, dedication and skills doesn't equate to secure job. technology is not contemporary. offshore talent is mediocre and takes 4 offshore resource to replace 1 former onshore talent. upper execs cut the jobs behind closed doors and middle management does the dirty work.
