Group of hard working and passionate individuals who care about what they are doing.

Cons

Leadership can be disrespectful towards employees. Every small decisions is micromanaged and there is no trust in their employees. The CEO spends too much time watching workers through the cameras. This is such an ineffective way to manage business. DON'T DO IT. This place will squeeze the happiness and work ethic out of you.

My co-workers here are the best! they're all very supportive and encouraging

But the management is the exact opposite. Even if we did well in an event, the managers still find reasons to verbally abuse and insult the employees. And if we did just okay, then that's when we hear the loud insults and yelling from the management. As an employee, you'll never win in this company because of the awful management.
