      Good company; fun perks

      Pros

      The PEOPLE are what really stand out at PSI. I don't know how HR manages to do it, but I have yet to meet a PSI employee I didn't like. Everyone is friendly and professional. The very realistic, human outlook exhibited by the employees make every day a good day at work. Besides that, the company sponsors enjoyable events for employees at many times throughout the year--not just the traditional summer and holiday parties, but numerous trips to the movie theater for new releases and lunches and sporting events.

      Cons

      The move to Lehi from Provo means a significantly longer commute for many employees.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. The company is only going to get better and stronger. Company Values are strong and I think there is a great camaraderie amongst fellow employees.

      Cons

      Because the company is based in Utah Co, the pay isn't amazing, but I can't complain because it is more that I have been offered elsewhere.

      Pros

      The management team is extremely invested and passionate about what they do. They really are trying to create a great atmosphere for people to work in. Where many companies are trying to cut costs, management at Property Solutions is finding ways to improve benefits, such as adding a 401(k), lowering deductibles, etc. This is a great place to be, especially if you know how to contribute in meaningful ways. The growth opportunity is incredible. I've watched several people progress through the levels very quickly, and it's because they have jumped in and got to work. You don't have to have all the experience in the world to make a difference here. If you aren't bashful about rolling up your sleeves, you'll do well here.

      Cons

      Some roles and areas don't have as much structure, but that is expected with a younger company. However, as the company has grown, they have added structure that makes it easier to understand how you fit into the grand scheme of things. This has been an area that they have gained massive improvements in.
