Stable company, good, warm people.

Cons

The managers do very little to create a good corporate culture. HR only deals with benefits and risk management but does very little to stimulate and nurture employees.

A short term get your feet wet company for Millennials

It's a company designed to squeeze the juice out of every employee with very little pay. This makes it a great company for millennials looking to get their hands on experience on almost every position.

Cons

Very short staffed and non-competitive salaries. Employees are expected to fill at minimum five different positions in one.
