Cool office, friendly co-workers, great perks, Fun entertainment environment. If you are a person that likes 9-5 do your work and go home, you will enjoy working here.

Cons

Lack of strategy to unify the efforts and align the company. Hierarchy culture. Micromanagement and lack of good leaders and vision. Entrepreneurial spirits and people that want to learn and growth I recommend finding another place.

Some people are decent and hardworking.

Cons

For the most part, this company's efforts are mediocre and poorly done. They don't bother with the details. They have many operational deficiencies in all departments. They hide and underestimate these deficiencies that end up staining the reputation of the company and also the people who work there. Nobody answers for their failures and the "leadership" does not know how to communicate performance deficiencies to their team. The company is led by people who prefer to leave things as they are to stay in their jobs.
