Software is so convoluted and difficult to install it takes a long time to learn the products and few people in the company actually know them.

Remote work option (at least during Covid).

Cons

Unorganized, standardized processes and procedures are non-existent, no training for new employees but they get assigned to a large number of projects almost immediately, high turnover, terrible management, and terrible pay.
