Pros

Industry leading technology currently showing the signs of cost cutting resulting in poor product quality. Great landing spot for any former NCR VP's looking for a final pay day.

Cons

Senior Leadership is only concerned about posting record profits and adding more VP's to an already top-heavy team. Pathetic treatment of frontline employees during the pandemic. Continued to Pay Management bonus, but no hourly pay raises for workers. Embarrassed for the Quandt Family.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. Our frontline employees have been vital to the continued success we have seen as an organization during this pandemic, and we enhanced our total rewards to honor and celebrate them.

Pros

The operations teams are excellent! Very Professional and easy to work with.

Cons

The Leadership and Middle Management is mediocre at best. Why? Entrust Datacard likes to "Talk the Talk", however the Middle Management and VP couldn't Manage their way out of a paper bag. Seriously! HR is a joke. There role is to protect the company, not advocate for the Employee. Customer Centric they are not. Extremely inward focused

Pros

Good Pay. Decent Benefits. decent location. financially strong investors who leave the company alone to make their own decisions

Cons

too many VP's who dont know jack about management. They treat employees like crap. Projects are staffed at less than 50% of the required capacity without budging on timelines estimated by VP level people. You are continously hunted to to provide hourly updates. Almost daily you get an email late in the evening with a new task that is due the next day morning. similarly every friday you get an email with a task with a deadline on monday morning. They expect you not to have any life or family. They expect you to be working round the clock 465 days a year. Stay away from the company if you value self respect.
