Good Benefits 401K match, reasonable vacation

Cons

No work life balance, unreasonable work expectations, lack of management support, huge data breach that impacted all areas of the business, Entrust keeps saying how great we are, but at the end of the day customers are leaving us!

From a sales perpective, there is anot a single pro to work here and those that do find out real quick, unless youre part of the boys club.

Cons

This company will just flat out not pay you commisions that you have earned and becasue they are private, they really act like they dont care and that goes all the way up to the CEO. they only cae about Sr. Management making their bonuses and if that means taking money away from theor sales team, they will do it in a heart beat. this company should be sued to no end.
