Pros
Pros- I like my paycheck. I've developed a few great relationships.
Cons
This list is so ridiculously long, I don't know what to say. To start, taking away Work-From-Home is the nail in the coffin. I'm actively looking for a new position due to the requirement I return to office after having been remote for my entire 16 months of working with them. There are also a lot of internal cliques- get on the bad side of one HR person and you'll be on the chopping block. I saw a colleague of mine get ambushed and fired when going into a meeting that was supposed to be focused on improving relationships. They talk about mental health constantly and do nothing to support it. The PTO policies (15 days/year) are trash compared to the industry. They lecture on burnout and work-life balance, but the work loads are tremendous and they do nothing to support that balance piece except hold meeting to talk in circles about the importance of mental health. "Let's send out a memo so they know they're supported!" Lots of turnover. Main reason people leave is because of workload.
