Pros

Matching 401k (but limited). Everything is about process, utterly unable to innovate nor adopt new technologies internally to pivot to an agile marketing team, DM is run by engineers, not marketing professionals and it's hamstrung the real work that needs to be accomplished.

Cons

very expensive Health Insurance options, no women in my marketing org at all, VP is utterly focused on his own promotion - AND has his own consulting company, at which I think he actually spends most of his day.

We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. As we hope you saw during your time with us, we have worked aggressively the past three years to build an internal diversity, equity, and inclusion program that specifically addresses these real threats of so many marginalized communities around the world. Specific action we've taken to date includes: • Requiring all people managers to attend our unconscious bias training • Launching 5 employee resource groups to date including: Women’s Alliance, LGBTQ+ Alliance, Black Alliance, Veteran’s Alliance, and Neurodiversity Alliance • Hosting new events such as “Courageous Conversations” to give our colleagues an opportunity to discuss important topics related to DEI such as our latest topic: women returning to the workplace post-COVID • Building company-wide metrics to ensure we are recruiting and retaining people of color and women in the tech space While we understand our work in the space of diversity and equity is far from over, we are committed to learning from these shared experiences and will continue advancing our programming efforts to reflect this. We appreciate your feedback and will share with the appropriate leaders within the organization as we strive for a better tomorrow at Entrust for all of our colleagues.

Thank you for your feedback. Discrimination of any kind is unacceptable at Entrust. We hope that you were able to share your experience with the HR team so that they can take address the matter. In general, we work aggressively to enable all colleagues to feel a sense of belonging and that they feel like a valued member of our team. For example, with our DE&I efforts we’ve launched several employee resource groups including the Entrust Women’s Alliance that fosters meaningful relationships, mentorship, and champions the professional growth of women in our organization.
