1. Management is only concerned about themselves, and staying employed 2. People with more years and experience are often passed over for promotion for those favored by management. I witnessed a person that was a contractor get promoted to a supervisor over everybody else that were full time, and 10 plus years of experience? 3. This is factory work, simple. But, there is an on going investigation in to somebody being bullied by a manager, and again, the manager getting away with it.

This team is very strongly based on favoritism stemming from the high level management. This favorite team is already set and the chances of getting into the primary group are next to none. If you are not in that group very little is expected of you. This job can be a cake walk for someone looking to finish their career. You will get minimum raises and be treated by the feeling of everyone is replaceable. This part of the company is 100% their way or the highway. Dont expect any lean manufacturing. Management is very unfriendly from what i saw, this starts from the VP of mfg and flows downhill through management. Example: 3 other engineers left within 9 months preceding my departure. The management doesn't even acknowledge these people exist after their notice has been placed. no goodbye/good luck. nothing, just the feeling of dont let the door hit you on the way out PTO is a bust. Accrual, but also use it or lose it, with 0 roll over. I would leave a 0 Star review below for Senior Management if possibly.
