We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. As we hope you saw during your time with us, we have worked aggressively the past three years to build an internal diversity, equity, and inclusion program that specifically addresses these real threats of so many marginalized communities around the world. Specific action we've taken to date includes: • Requiring all people managers to attend our unconscious bias training • Launching 5 employee resource groups to date including: Women’s Alliance, LGBTQ+ Alliance, Black Alliance, Veteran’s Alliance, and Neurodiversity Alliance • Hosting new events such as “Courageous Conversations” to give our colleagues an opportunity to discuss important topics related to DEI such as our latest topic: women returning to the workplace post-COVID • Building company-wide metrics to ensure we are recruiting and retaining people of color and women in the tech space While we understand our work in the space of diversity and equity is far from over, we are committed to learning from these shared experiences and will continue advancing our programming efforts to reflect this.
