Culture, Talent, Vision, Teamwork, Great Energy! The Envista Executive Leadership team is made up of hard driving, talented individuals. They take the time to learn your name, call you by name, say thank you and show appreciation for a job well done. An Executive Assistant at Envista is a valued partner- not the "help". As an EA that is essential. Every day I'm at work I feel good about the contributions I have made. Not a work day goes by that I don't laugh or feel grateful to be a part of this team.

Cons

Unclear timing and vision of return to office, with equity amongst team members able to perform job remote unclear. Having flexibility to work remote is amazing AND time in the office, working face to face is essential to collaboration and team building. Would love to see more people in the office regularly. Would like more clear communication on the future and expectations.
