Pros

Envista has gone through some major changes over the past two years, after splitting from Danaher and going through IPO, it's a larger company with resources, experience and vision, with a start-up spirit. Working at Envista there are so many opportunities to develop in your role and grow quickly if you put in the time and commitment. The people are driven, passionate, and friendly. Management clearly values passion, intellectual curiosity, and accountability. The vision for Envista's future is so bright with a clear strategy ahead that is founded on serving customers and their patients. It is a motivating environment, and I personally feel thrilled to work here.

Cons

This is not the place for you if you are looking for a company that doesn't have a commitment to its customers, patients, and the world. Envista is so motivated to create positivity for all stakeholders (customers, employees, shareholders) and they balance all three so well through their shared purpose.

Pros

Envista is a company in transformation that puts a lot of emphasis on developing talent and driving results. The company culture is based on the CIRCLe framework; the CEO is very transparent and accessible hosting periodic forums where employees can ask any question. I love being part of an organization that has the ultimate goal of partnering with dental professionals and helping create beautiful, healthy smiles.

Cons

Most office employees work from home, so there are a lot of video meetings during the day. You need to be proactive in meeting/reaching out to people virtually. The company has a flexible work arrangement philosophy that gives great flexibility.
