Great salary, great people to work with, fun and hard work needed to get where you want but that this a good point.

Cons

None really, new products need to be out to keep up the pressure on other competitors like mobile solutions for payments and epos

Pros

Huge commissions, spiffs and incentives. Company wide bonuses. Team based 50% and double commission monthly targets (and we hit them 80% of the time!!) Amazing culture Completely remote

Cons

Growing pains because we are pushing for an IPO. way too much demand not enough support but its getting there no benefits no pres club or any company wide annual events
