Pros

very little - your immediate colleagues only

Cons

since I posted my review on the 25th April, there have been five new positive reviews all posted on the same day, pushing my review to page two. it seems that management have asked people to post positive reviews. I will now paste my previous review again below, as it was clearly deliberate to push my review to page 2. Pros colleagues on your level, the only thing they are good at is hiring nice people Cons management, the way they treat their customers, bad organisation, bad pay. they implement company wide changes and don't tell the support staff, then when customers call up it is extremely unprofessional and embarrassing to not know the answer. team leaders also harass support staff to answer calls and ignore their open cases, in order to keep on control of their call abandon rates. support staff are also pressured to make sales and ignore customer wellbeing, despite 'support' being in the job title. managers also will change the rota with less than legal notice and expect you to work 10 days in a row. the atmosphere on the floor is horrid, customers are understandably upset but then take it out on the minimum wage staff, and the managers make it even worse, pressuring and shouting rather than offering support. managers have also been known to have extra marital affairs with younger staff. they will also threaten to fire you if you suggest taking matters to HR. avoid this company at all costs.

Pros

The culture here is still one of the strongest parts of the company. The values are generally lived out day to day, and leadership tends to reinforce what makes the workplace positive. There are great opportunities to move internally, and the process for applying to roles feels fairly straightforward. Internal candidates do seem to be considered seriously, which is encouraging. There are solid structures in place when it comes to career growth. Having clear pathways and regular development conversations helps make progression feel realistic and supported.

Cons

I don't really have any cons, I mean don't get me wrong all businesses have issues that they can work on the only difference is this business is actively working towards turning their cons into pros

Pros

The company fosters strong team collaboration and maintains a positive interpersonal dynamic among colleagues. Monthly achievements and recognition events contribute to a motivating environment, and the organization provides opportunities to build connections that support internal mobility and career growth.

Cons

There are ongoing concerns regarding consistency in privacy practices and the accuracy of accountability processes. At times, individuals may face consequences for issues not directly attributable to their actions, indicating a need for clearer investigative procedures and improved internal communication.
