Not even sure where to start but here we go: - Micromanaged to the hour. God forbid you get deals in but don't hit some arbitrary KPI - Bare minimum pension. Salary sacrifice is available, but of course not matched by the company. - No sick pay even for long term salaried employees. In fact, take an hour out for a doctor's appointment and that'll be deducted too. - Targets generally increase month of month to be nonsensical. Literally, no one hits them. Feels like the exec team sit in a room and see who can shout the highest number. - Speaking of targets, currently 2/3 of the way through the month and they've still not been announced. - Commission earning opportunities moved to other departments with no warning, and nothing to make up for it. Every single sales person is earning less year on year. - Basic salary bands are impossible to reach (primarily due to the above). The bands themselves haven't changed in a decade so even the basic wage has stagnated. - the commission on card payments is a joke. Competitors (even those with basic salaries) will offer 5x what we get.

No staff appreciation, high turnover in teams, 1 year is long tenure, poor progression
