Pros

Lots of vacation time, work from home allowed as well. Steady bonus, it varies from 10% of your salary and goes up depending on your level.

Cons

Management doesn't give recognition to their employees. It doesn't matter how hard you work, same people get excellent rating. There is a lot of favoritism in my department. The only reward for a job well done is more work.

Pros

Office is right outside of New York City. Right on Path line. Great starting salary for someone out of college.

Cons

Pros

In IT, good pay and bonus structure. Creative work was well rewarded. Middle management was competent, enthusiastic and supportive.

Cons

Senior management was, and apparently still is, hell bent on outsourcing to India and ultimately drained this company of all of it talent - all the in the name of short term stock increases. Annuity product offerings were a misguided failure and ultimately all of this combined so that today the stock price they so desperately wanted to influence is a total flop.
