Pros

Decent compensation for Interns and Temps. Opportunities to be hired, if you wait it out. Decent quality of life if you can look at the positives and not focus on negatives.

Cons

Employment opportunities for Temps/Interns seem to be based more on time of service rather than quality of worker. Managers hands are tied sometimes when it comes to hiring, they have to wait on HR. Micromanagement to the nth degree.

You are able to make your own hours

Cons

Work a ton of hours stalking teachers and principals in the hallways at school. Also trying to break in to schools before they open... this is what they teach you.. After 2 years of working there, they will make you pay for your office and admin staff.. They NEVER tell you that your salary will go away after 2 years and you will OWE them money every month.. Terrible place to work.. glad i got out when the getting was good.. I was stuck with them for 4 years. Many people have left after me.. AND to top it off.. they sent me a bill after i left, claiming I owed them money!
