Great Benefits Okay salary Nice building and environment

Political and Petty Culture - instead of talking directly to people, emplouees prefer to take even the pettiest of grievances to their manager. Gossip is assumed to be true. The average employee has been here for a very long time and there is a strong reluctance to make any kind of change.

good benefits open, clear communication from managment good work life effectiveness pay is competitive management helps you with professional development

Cons

not marketed well enough (compared to simliar companies like metlife) managment needs to stop being afraid to make a final decision moved most of employees to NJ every year for the past 2 years there have been waves of lay offs

No career growth, No 401 K match, Average Salaries, managers lack training in managing reportees, Products are complex and outdated. technologically behind in the market.
