Pros

Most of the people here are incredibly nice. They bring in food pretty often which is nice to have.

Cons

The work you are doing does not translate well into finance or accounting jobs at all almost. You will not learn financial statements, accounting concepts, etc. You will only learn data analysis and SAS. You spend 80%+ of your day in the SAS coding language. Your coworkers will make you feel bad for asking questions. There is an incredible amount of work, and the pay is far below what it should be, as a new grad can expect 70k starting for entirely too much work. You can find jobs where you make 10k less but work 15 hours less a week easily in this area. Also, since turnover is rather high they tend to hire international students, as international students can not quit or they will literally have to leave the United States. Kind of a red flag to hire people who can not quit and find another job elsewhere.

Pros

Not many pros to be honest. After staying for a year, I feel this year has been almost wasted on mundane repetitive work that has almost no transferable skills to your career development.

Cons

The photos, comments and even salaries you see online are almost all sugar-coating. Sus some leadership level/internal ppl are putting some highly inflated numbers to lure new hires in. Very high turnover - more than 50% turnover within a year within my batch. Low pay considering the living cost at Scottsdale paired with unproportionally high amount of work especially during quarter-ends. Highly undiversified employee population - they seem to hire very large portion of asian international students (asian female and white male mostly). Not much employment for latinos/african Many more to discover if you join..
