Not a good place to stay

Work on the latest technology. People are nice but not the upper management.
Cons
I am in North America region which is the worst working atmosphere for all the regions. 1. There are rolling waves of layoffs. You can never feel relaxed at work and layoff rumors come every other month. Not at all a good place for career growth. 2. When talking about the layoff, layoffs were not performance based, some were salary-based. Others avoided layoffs through connections. 3. In North American region, start from VP to managers, 70% are Indians and they network exclusively. I feel like working in a local Indian company. The more you work in this company especially in North America region, the more disappointment you have. As I know lots of people want to leave but stuck with their immigration status.
