Pros

Clean facility with good view of the Colorado front range mountains. Could be good resource for area hospitals as a solution to patients needing extended ICU stays.

Cons

Very poor management. Knee-jerk business decisions that affect all levels of staff, resulting in burnout and abysmal morale. Complete disrespect of management by nursing staff with no follow through or consequence. Cliques and backstabbing, with total disregard to facility policies and procedures. Human resources department is almost non-existent.

Pros

The facilities are excellent for the time, caring hardworking staff with great outcomes. Some locations are better than others as far as care goes.

Cons

Upper Management is cobbled together with no real sense of innovation or awareness of how a great organization works. Have outgrown their talent at the top and changing environment is hurting the bottom line.

- don't care about employees - low wages - management is under qualified and huge micro managers! - turn over is a Huge problem in most departments - all about its investors
