The patients were the highlight of my work and some of the staff at ACHM.

The facility was brand new and had a beautiful rehabilitation gym for therapy.

Cons

Administration, rehabilitation managers, and supervisors that were unfair how policies concerning employee conduct towards other employees were handled.

Lots of experience in rehab, some good coworkers, used to be decent but quickly degrading into terrible

Cons

Favoritism, coworkers that can choose to work or not and still have a job with no disciplinary actions whatsoever, if you're liked by the right people, while those who faithfully show up are expected to never take off of work, carry the load for those not showing up, and of course if you say anything to management you're just overreacting or being difficult. Burnout is real with this company. Stay away.
