The guarding principles this company has is amazing. Patient care and safety always come above and beyond everything else.

The DMBD position in my areas has had immense turnover which makes it hard to meet goals

I have been working for Ernest Health for a little over 2 years now and I really see no downsides, good people, good work, people helping people, all good things.

Cons

I really have nothing bad to say, sometimes work gets challenging but that is why we choose to do what we do.
