      Get to work with animals and great co workers that I now consider friends

      Management. Pay. Overworked. Management only cares about the money in their pocket and could careless about the staff on the floor. They are too busy growing than to care about employees. Long hours, but don’t compensate for us being overworked!

      I appreciate your thoughts and am disappointed that you didn't feel well cared for while at Ethos. We have hired our first dedicated compensation analyst to advance our work on compensation initiatives including reviewing pay of all roles in all hospitals and making appropriate adjustments.
