Great teams to work with with a variety of departments for well rounded experience opportunities.

Cons

Short staffed pretty consistently. Middle management is missing the mark on valuing their employees and their levels of experience.

good benefits, good experience if your wanting to work in the vet field. long hours and flexible schedules if need be

Cons

the prices for services keep getting raised and working in the vet field in general (at least rn) is really tough for most people

Great to see how much you enjoyed working with your team at Ethos! I completely agree with you that we need to do better at providing upward mobility for our people at Ethos in a more structured manner. We're introducing quite a bit on the leadership, growth and advancement topic in the coming months so we can have more focused conversations with our team members about what's next in their career, how to get there and provide the development necessary to learn, grow and advance.
